Amena Warner

Amena Warner is Head of Clinical Services for Allergy UK, helping to raise awareness of allergy nationally and internationally, supporting the charity’s aims and helping people where possible. She has previously worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Immunology & Allergy for a number of NHS Trust Hospitals, working with all aspects of immediate Type 1 IgE mediated allergic reactions, from the clinical history to diagnostics and through to immunotherapy treatments and allergy challenge clinics. Amena joined the Royal College of Nursing Immunology & Allergy Nurses group and the British Society of Allergy & Clinical Immunology (BSACI), becoming the first Nurse to sit on the BSACI council and starting the National Nurses in Allergy Group.
